Welcome to the board. Support your upland buddies we are always interested in what other folks are doing. Have a friend that hunts with a couple of Vizsla.

Welcome to the forum. I have a friend that breeds Vizslas and runs them in NAVHDA.

They're sure neat to hunt over - I've been amazed at how smart my friends MH level Vizslas are! I hope my boy can be that well trained one day.

My boy is from Piroska Vizslas on Vancouver Island - he's almost broke (he's only 2 1/2) and I hope to get him to FDX manners in the next couple of years. I've actually been running him in Derby Field Trials and he's gotten a couple of placements. I'm hoping to run him in Gun Dog Stakes once he's ready.
My friends Jayne and Howard's kennel name is Kalypso - they live near Cochrane Alberta and compete in Obedience trials and Field tests and actually hunt with their dogs. They train to FDX level and have incredible dogs. My friend Stacy (Stacalom Vizslas) also runs FDX level Vizslas and I've often heard that those Vizslas dogs are the nicest to hunt over.
