Stinky dog....

So, how do you treat a dog for a yeast infection? Sounds gross, but my dog absolutely stinks right now...its not her anal glands, been there done that...this stink is just out right nasty...

She has a wound on her back but it isn't that. She can't keep her nose out of her arse end....

Some help please....
