Delmar Smith Wonder Lead

Has anyone Used the Delmar Smith Wonder lead ?

I seen it used at a Training Seminar and it liked like it does a Quick Job at teaching the Dog to heal.

How young of a Dog can you use it on ?

Any idea on where I can get one of these "wonder leads" or how much they cost??? I am using a gentle leader right now and it seems to be working quite well. Mac is starting to respond quite well. He really does not like the way that his head is forced to turn if he pulls. I am hoping that soon I wil be able to go back to a regular leash.
