I have been getting lots of updates from one of my puppy owners out in western Canada. Dakota ( SharpTail's Dangerous Dakota) was just born this spring (out of my female Dixie and a Jayhawker male Jeb) and is having a great first season. He has been into a ton of birds out there and is coming along great. What a great place for a bird dog to live!!

I talked to Don this morning and heard you were gonna be going yote hunting with him. Hope you have a great day out, make sure to take a few pictures if you have the time.

Jebs pedigree was a great compliment to that of my females. So far the pups from that litter are all doing well and I am very happy with what I have seen thus far. That said, I think I have a pretty dam good male myself now who turned two this past summer. He will be the sire of my next litter and they should be some awesome pups as well.

I have been trying to talk my wife into going for almost 7 years now to no success. Her parents are in their 80's and she does not want to be to far away.
Maybe one day.
