Just a quick update for everyone.
We are now about 2 months out from our test date and we are half full in finished right now. We will only be running 1 flight of finished and we are expecting this to fill up fast so if you have enrties you want to get in you better send them off soon.
As for started and seasoned we are closing in on half full as well and have been recieving entries daily. Thanks to everyone who has already entered, it makes my life easier and I can get the paper work done earlier.
Our premium can be found on the HRC web site bear the bottom.
Here is the link for anyone that doesn't have it.

We only have a few spots left in finished and are starting to fill up in seasoned and started. If anyone is thinking about coming to the tes you should get your entrys in before we are full. We will only be running 1 flight of finished unless we end up with at least 10 dogs on a waiting list then we may consider adding another flight.

Thank you Kevin for the info. I know I will be cutting it close, but I will wait it out for another week of training before I commit. The young dog is putting it together quite well.

Hey Kevin.
I think we are going to pass on the KHRC this year. However, it looks like you are going to be the judge for my dog's first seasoned test at LOHRC. I hope you have high standards in judging my dog since I am going to Lake Champlain two weeks later to see our friend Margo Ellis. She says that our tests here are too easy due to the different terrains we use so I want to be ready for that trial. Hmmmm.
Good luck to KHRC

I will see you there then.
I think you will hear the opposite when you get down there, many will not travel into region #1 due to the reputation it has throughout HRC.
I will be in Vermont as well. Make sure you hit the duty free on the way into Vermont. Last year it cost $15.95 for 24 beer (Canadian) :darkbeer:

Just a quick post before heading off to bed. We had a great day and great turnout and great tests. Thanks for everyone that came out. WIsh I had a little more time to chat with people but being the club president and hunt sec. and runniong 2 dogs my day was pretty busy.
Got to meet AD18 and QA agian and chatted for a bit. Frank managed to avoid throwing up in the holding blinds as well and his dog did great. QA took a bunch of pictures again which I am sure he will have up here in no time. He even got a great picture of me getting there late this morning :sad1: .
Thanks again to everyone who came out and supported our club and event, looking forward to Lake Ontario next weekend and should have lots more time to chat so anyone going please stop by and say hey.

The thanks go out to you Kevin, and the entire KAHRC for putting on a fun, and well run event! Other than you making us run water in the saharan desert, it was amazing!
Thanks for the words of advice as well, we'll see what happens!
