new title

Have to brag a bit. Haven't run a trial in 25 years and have never run a hunt test, but am getting back in the game. Had the privilege of running the Lab Club of Alberta triple header hunt test this weekend with my young dog. She went three for three and got her first title.. Junior Hunter. It was a blast. Great tests, well organized and met some really nice people. Thanks to all who helped put on the event.

Assuming you are who I think you are..does this mean that you took my advice on how to prepare her for hunt test marks? Something sure worked!

Thanks all. Yes, Dennis. You have the right guy. Thanks for the help. She was starting to get pretty high by the end of day two, so I really tried to slow things down and be extra calm (at least on the outside) on day three. It worked well and she had good line manners for the final tests.
