Just wondering if anyone has any e-collar material that they would be willing to loan out, or are looking to sell.

I have been directed to the Lardy e-collar program, but I'm not really sure what else there is out there.

Why mess with the best. Lardy's tape is top rate. Have done all my dogs with it. He tells you what you should see in the dog's reactions and when to move to the next part. I could see the exact same reations in every one of my dogs. It was really easy to follow.
