Took these from west to east and north to south. My project for the Spring is to nag my husband until he starts taking out the stone fence betwewen the fields. Had the bright idea that a Sunday with his buddy and the 416 could punch some good holes in it.
The front pond we use for in an out, cutting corners, blinds with long entries etc. It is the pond we hunt on. When I first went out to take the pictures the turkeys were up around it.
The back pond was my retirement gift to me. Have some more plans for it next. This Fall or next Spring.
Didn't take pictures of the middle pond as it is just long and squared off. WE use it for swimby and handling. The fields beside and behind the house we use for drills.
Now if I can upload the pictures.

Hey Anna,

If you need help getting pictures on the forum let me know and I can walk you thru it. If you look at the title bar at the top of the forum you will see " VB Image Host", just click on it and then "upload and image". I can't wait to see your pics....

Hey Anna,

You should take some new ones now that the nice weather has set in, the ones shown above of the fields and ponds that you took during the snow storm are a little hard to see.

:1: of course, drew can help you get them posted up for everyone to see. With all the trips to GBHRC tests I don't know that I have ever ran anywhere other than around the marsh.

That snow storm hit out of the blue but I have asked Drew for a shovel to see if we can get these images up. As to using the property the GBHRC has held one finished land test here in the past. They know they are welcome to use it for the hunt at any time. We are about 10 minutes frrom Tiny so it may be a question of logistics.
York Retriever Club holds their field trial here using this property and one a few concessions over.
If you are ever up in the area you are welcome to come train. I like to be invited to join the group but often have to decline. The property was bought for dog training and we like to get as much use out of it as we can.
The invitation is an open one all we ask is that you don't abuse the property or our hospitality.I don't like to find beer bottles left around the ponds or in the fields.

I think all the people that were at the farm to-day had a great time. The only problem was trying to keep awake after the big meal we had at your place. We had a great set up in the morning and a challenging land and water blind in the afternoon. Thank you Anna and Eden talk to you later. I have to go and rest my body :1:
