Gun Dog Fun Trial

Saturday August 30th, 8:30 a.m.?

Hullett Marsh, Conservation Road

30 minute walking hunt on pheasant, any pointing breed

Dog is expected to cover the ground as a hunter would want, handle for the hunter and stay on point until the bird is flushed
Steadiness to flush and shot is not required.

.22 or .30 blank pistol to be used ( available on site for borrowing)

Lunch provided.

Cost: $25.00

We had a fun time. Lots of pheasant. BdB Hunt's Braque d'Bourbais was the star! :)

Thank you Sharon for that gracious compliment but I am not sure I would say a star but he did ok. Beau placed third in his class, Jixer had THE dog, a first place finish.
