Two gone in two years

Just put down our English pointer (Suzie), yesterday. Thats 2 dogs in 2 years, it does not get any easier as we age! Suzie was having issue with her heart for 3 months, on pills 3 times per day. Then renal failure which is a side effect of the heart medications. She was 12, and of great character. She was burried at the cottage yesterday afternoon.
We miss her.

Dan, I am sorry to hear about your loss. I went through the same thing 1.5 years ago with my lab and I know how you feel. Just remeber the good times with her and it will help ease the pain but with time it get easier.
