Dont think so as long as it is used right...........Why?

Just curious because, no matter where I place the collar on my dog.....it always ends up in that area. Even when I snug it up tight. I wasn't sure if there were any cases out there that reported something like that......

Thanks!

Pulling on a dog's collar with a leash can do damage.

Placement of the collar on the dogs neck will not change the chances of injury if the leash is used to extreme levels though.

The only damage that I have ever seen/heard about that was cause by an ecollar was due to owner neglect. A friend of mine owns and runs a towing company and has a watch dog in the compound. Well a long story short he installed an underground fence to stop it from getting out of the compound. Well the dog wore the collar 24/7 and the contact points wore into the dogs neck.
