Upland bird hunting

I am new to the site and looking for info on upland bird hunting. I am an avid waterfowler, I am currently in the process of training a Brittney for hunting this season. I am fortunate to have couple of buddies who have water dogs. I look forward to the season. Any body with information on places or some in site that would be great. I am in the Durham Area
