Saturday went down to Maxville to train the dog and shoot some clays... Turns out I'm better at training dogs than shooting clays !! :angry:
Anyways, while I was down, met Dave Beacock at a mutual friends where he came down to use the training ponds. I had talked with him on a couple occasions, and he had suggested I pick up the uplanders...
Anyways, after I finished up there, I went over to Ducross' to watch a couple FT marks, and it was fun as usual... All the white coats make it feel like a painters reunion!
Sunday back to Maxville again, and this time only to train the dogs. Ran Piper on some very challenging singles, and she learned a thing or two... You could see the marbles rolling around in there!! It's fun when they learn a new concept. While we were there we had 8 geest, and two Mallards land.
Monday, i was planning on continuing TT with the dog, get up, go to clip her nails, hit the quick on the first one, and spent the day trying to stop the bleeding! :angry: No TT, but we'll get back on that tonight I guess!
