TriTronics ???

The on/off button on the receiver is no longer functioning. Thankfully it is stuck in the ON position so as long as I keep it charged it works. Anyone know of a fix. Tritronics told me to take the collar apart a maybe push the button up from the inside but she didn't seem to sure and I don't want to try that then end up with a non working collar. Any suggestions???

Pay the $60 bucks and send it to them for repair. I had kinda the same problem and the just sent me a new one. Didn't even bother to repair it. Process will take about 2 weeks from when you get it in the mail. Also make sure that when they send it back they mark it as a repaired item that way no duty.
