Great shots Mike.

I use to be heavy into painting and drawing. Lots of airbrush stuff. I am working on some ideas, sketches, to eventually turn into "Dog Art". Airbrushed backgrounds, with more detailed work in the forground. Can I incorporate some of your photos into these ideas. I like the water being kicked up in the photos, its hard to find images that are that detailed. I don't want to use anything without anyones approval.

Attached are some of my pieces...

Paint Scheme from Too Fast Too Furious...

A couple pieces I did for one of my employees, her one son is in the Military and her other son is a Fireman as well as a Piper...

Love the puppy shot too.

I can't take credit for this picture, although it is one of my dogs from the slideshow above, assuming this is the one you are talking about. It was taken by Mark Raycroft and is the cover for Browntrout's Labrador Puppies calendar for 2008.

Do you do photography as a profession Mike? If not, you should start! There are certain people who can capture that "thing" with a camera and you are definitely one of them!

Thanks you very much, but no, I just do it as a hobby. I am still trying to learn more about photography, but a friend of mine, Mark Raycroft is a professional and has been very helpful so far. I am thinking about buying a much better lens for this upcoming hunting season, so that if I did capture something good, it might be good enough for publication (somewhat dreaming though). Mark has got a few pictures posted on his website you should check out. www.markraycroft.com Definately one of the premier big game photographers in North America.
