Missed out today

No training today, my daughter has Mono. :thmdn: I feel so sorry for her, she is just wiped, sleeps all day and all night, no energy and hardly eats anything. Hopefully she gets better soon.

Thats too bad, We did land work again today since it was not too hot in the morning. We are heading out first thing again to do some land work and then back here for some water work.

Sorry to hear about your daughter. Mono can be a real stinker to get over. Kids that had it when I was teaching usually were about six weeks getting over it and then they still had a time recouping their energy.
Did some hunt test training this morning with club members but by noon it was just too hot so they came back and did a couple of marks on the water. We had said that we wouldn't use the grounds to train before the York trial but none of these people are running York.
Eden and I spent the time guiding the tractor around the fields cutting some of the cover. Didn't want straight paths cut so it looks like the farmer had one too many before cutting. Have lots of ins and outs and should be able to see the dogs anywhere in the field. We then had the one area by the pond smoothed down. Just have to do some whipper snipping and then we should be ready. Hay is cut and should be baled tomorrow. Judges will have to decide if they want anything else done when they arrive.
