Hey,

I was training with a small group last Sunday and since I have this week off I decided to load up the ATV in addition to all the training equipment and head out on my own Monday morning to address a few issues.

Anyways I loaded everything up Sunday night so the only thing I had to do Monday morning was to load up the water jug and a cooler for lunch & drinks. Plan was to get up by 6am and be on my way by 6:30/7

Anyways as I walked out of the house to load the water I noticed the passenger door was open and one of my check cords was hanging out of the door.

Sometime over night someone broke into my truck and tried punching the ignition to steal the whole works ( truc and ATV):censored: :censored: :censored: . Well they were not successfull, according to the local Ford dealership the new ford trucks have the "computer chips" in the keys so without the keys they cannot steal the truck ( Thank god or else they would have gotten it)

But that is not the end, they did clean out the inside of my truck. The little F'ers took my TT coller, Dogtra releases, video camera and Digital camera. I am in the dog house right now as there was a ton of pictures on the digital camera of our son that I did not download onto the computer and ALL video footage of our son was on a tape in the camera bag:emmbarassed: . My wife is not too happy right now....

Nothing pisses me off more than thieves, . The only thing that they did not take was my Winger's, they were stored undernieth the ATV

Drew, That's a piss off. Someone willing to steal hard earned property out of your front yard needs to learn that bird shot up the ass hurts like hell. Hope you somehow get the camera and pics back.

Man that's a shitty deal Drew!

I hope you catch them, but you should put out the word in all hock shops and flee markets. Plus tell the local kids around your nabourhood that there is a reward for any info on the guys that did it. Most thieves stick together and wont rat on each other, but if you say you just want the pictures and such back, with no question asked. A reward will be temping to these jerks!! Sorry for your loss and good luck!

I am very sorry to hear that. We had our digital camera stolen out of our boat last year and I can't even begin to explain how exploited I felt knowing that there was a complete stranger out there with our personal photos. Hopefully they are able to find out who did it.

I lost some CDs, fishing glasses and my bible... I gotta ask the question what kind of stupid thief steals a bible? I didn't lose even close to what you lost Drew, but I feel for you. Stuff can be replaced... the pictures and video are a pretty big loss though. Insurance can't do anything about those. Too bad man. I feel for ya

If they felt the need to steal your Bible, then I guess they really did need it more than you. Maybe it will do them some good?

I kept praying that they would be convicted of their "sin against me" and come back and ask for forgiveness... then I could kick their butt for stealing it to begin with Hehe

I work at the jail . Because of people's addiction to drugs, this type of theft happens everyday. People wander the streets looking for anything they can get their hands on or home/car to break into, to satisfy their addiction.

Sorry to say that your items have probably all ready been sold and the pictures thrown to the wind. When you're addicted , you don't think of others.
Very sorry for you, Drew. Realizing how vulnerable we are is a scary thing. I recommend every one have a car alarm / kennel alarm and motion detectors around their property.
