WE had this discussion last evening in reference to hunt tests. If for some reason a test has to be scrapped, do the dogs that have run get a re run, or are the scores they got in the pre-scrapped test counted and they do not run the revised test? Most felt all dogs did the new test and those that had run the previous set up would start fresh. There were a few dissents.
This is the only reference I could find and it is fuzzy...
"Judges must explain the test set-up to the handlers, and further explain the objectives as they relate to a specific hunting situation. No retrieve should normally exceed 91.4m (100 yards) and under no circumstance shall exceed 114.3m (125 yards), 68.5m (75 yards) for the Junior Test. Judges may discontinue testing in a hunting situation before all dogs have been run in that situation, provided that another hunting situation is substituted. The score of a dog in a hunting situation which has been discontinued shall not be considered for any purpose in the evaluation of the abilities of that dog.."
