springer training group

Hi;
I have a 15 week old Springer Pup and don't know anyone else in my area that has one. I live in Edmonton, and wonder if anyone is aware of a local springer field trial club or training group or even a local pro. Have tried the net and couldn't locate anyone. I have trained a few labs, but am looking for guidance into the specifics of the springer game. Thanks very much, Jim

The only western springer guy I know is in the US.
http://hupnow.com/ The owner Kurt is on a few message boards that I belong to and has always been willing to help with advice when ever a question was asked.
I would also look on the CKC web site and look for the parent club for springers and give them a call and ask for a local contacts. Most clubs will be helpfull in giving you direction that you are looking for.
