Just returned from a very memroable hunt in Sask with my son(his first time) and some friends.
The weather in the first week was very warm with us hunting in light gear for waterfowl and tee shirts in the afternoons for upland.
The second week we got the first winter storm of the year and had two awesome hunts in the snow. We harvested everything from Mallards thru to Canvasbacks! This was a real surprise to shoot Cans and Redheads in the field in Sask.
We saw a ton of snow geese, but only managed to shoot 4 of them, as we do not take any geese decoys with us. We ate duck 8 out of the 12 nights we were there and brought home 160 ducks, just shy of a 7 man limit. It was awesome.

Hunting these birds in the storm wearing snow camo will be a vivid memory for me for along time. The coot on the top left of the trailer was the Marks trophy of the trip:evil:
