I know I personally frequent a couple retriever boards.

I am starting to train Machaceh to quarter now. He has some good natural ability. I am using the check cord and moving one direction and he follows and then I go back the other direction just before he get to the full ext of the CC. I give it a little tug and he comes back the other way. Eventually I will also start adding a "Yo" or "Ho" command to it. How is everyone else doing achieving the quartering????

The only one I know of Kevin is Upland Journal. Supposed to be good. Don't know yet. Haven't gotten registered there. I like coming here. Just gotta more people chatting here

There's a smattering of pointing dog fans across all of the other Canadian boards, HO, OHL, CHC. Don't know of another Canadian Hunting Dog Board. It's a time thing for me too.
