Eastern Ont. Ret. Club Hunt Test Aug 25, 26

Where would I find an entry form for the Hunt test on August 25th, 26th ?
Perhaps I'm more blond than my pup. I was told it could be taken from the CKC web site but I don't see where. Could be I'm technologically challenged.

Tucker tells me he's tired of chasing plastic and wants something with feathers.
