Un-Identified Bird Band? Any Ideas?

I got this banded goose years ago. It had a standard metal band on the left leg and on the right it had about 2 or 3" white plastic band that was engraved with black letters OC5.

Nobody knows where it came from, not even the bird band people LOL!

Anybody ever see this kind of band before?

Funny they didn't give you info. Usually this band placed on other leg by original bander.We have had many tagged this way-often at same day/time/place-could be family member groupings. This is not a $$ band-they too are aluminum.

I've never heard of bands that you get money for..
