Well,
It's been a long time since I hunted and was very excited to get back into it. With permission on private land and my first retriever. I waited for this day for a very long time :)
This is only my second property I've had permission on and my first one in 6 years since they built a school on my last one. So needless to say I was totally pumped for this.
Friday morning would have been good if I knew how to shoot LOL!. I had 2 flocks come in and missed both times.. Looks like my shooting skills have really slipped LOL!
The second flock I actually turned again after missing the first time.
On Saturday we stayed till last light some some birds but not a whole bunch and they were very very high up :(
Oh well.. it was good to get out and sit in a blind again. Can't wait for duck season.
