Dispatching Tool for fowl?

Just wondering if anybody has used a tool like this before?

1) Is this easier/quicker than traditional methods?

2) Does it leave the bird in good shape?

Never used it, but a quick flick of the wrist is hard to misplace in the field... ;)

I'm on to lose things, and unless this comes in bulk, doubt i'd have it long
