As always, Dan & Nancy Rapson and all of their major support (Family & Friends and community) have gone above and beyond to put on one of the best trials of the season, and personally, my favorite. The grounds are 1st rate, the mechanics seemed smooth as silk, and the weather was perfect.
Liz & I look forward to being there next year.

It was amazing !!!!!! -- great FT -- great people -- great grounds -- great food at tailgate -- Maxx worked really hard and very well for me -- #7 is a lucky number for sure -- I never expected to win Junior -- I want to thank Eden B., Anna S., Ruth, Bob T., Pauline N., Carl C., Jim B., John M., Ron D., Dennis R., and anybody else who has thrown Maxx and I a bird since he's come home -- for the support and friendship of these great training partners -- to Ron Malton and Irene Batson for breeding such a great dog -- four litter mates went first, second, fourth , and CM -- not bad at all -- and especially to Myrosia for being there (and believing in Maxx) -- BOY AM I GLAD I DIDN"T SELL HIM NOW !!!!!

Dan and Nancy Rapson worked really hard to make Bancroft a success. Gary Rideout and the rest of their friends and family deserve a big thanks too. The highschool program that provides the gunners and bird personnel is terrific. Too bad the southerns don't catch on to it. We really enjoyed the whole weekend. Even stayed over on Sunday to hold our losers party. North of 7 you missed a good day.
Congratulations to Mike and Maxx. Told you to have a little faith and patience.
The open finishers can be proud of their accomplishments. Didn't get to see too much of the tests but word has it they were a challenge.
If Reggie had lined the blind like she did the judges' lunches we probably would have played a little longer. She just had to make her mark in her last trial.
If there has to be a last trial of the season then Bancroft has done a bang up job. It sure has left us all looking forward to next year.
